The 1991 Young & Restless Debate was part of the Midwest Symposium for Leadership in Behavior Disorders (MSLBD). The resolution was, That the quality and quantity of university training of teachers of students with behavior disorders have less impact on the development of a master teacher than the person's basic personality traits. The Affirmative team was composed of Thomas Turnage and Rosemary Graves while the Negative team consisted of Larry Wheeler and Tanice Knopp.
